Fee Structure

• Tier 1 (Standard Fee):
• Hurdle Rate: No hurdle rate below threshold investment (5 lakhs)
• Performance Fee: 50% of net profit over quarterly transactions

  • For investors with investments exceeding a certain threshold (5 lakhs):

    • Hurdle Rate: 0%
    • Performance Fee: 40% of profits over quarterly transactions

  • Minimum Investment Value: 10 lakhs and above
  • Hurdle rate: 7%

  • Performance Fee: 30% over annualised net profit above hurdle rate
